OUR GOAL

In Tennessee, only 40.2% of Black or African American Males who graduate from high school are attending college

Our goal over this next year is to begin finding these Black or African-American men and introduce them to the opportunities available at RCB Center for Change to:

Teach

Help them through a two year program to bridge the gap of skills needed to give men the confidence to attend college

Train

Give them specific training and attach them to corporations in the Nashville area who can gainfully employ them

Educate

A two year program in religious studies will help them become an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene

Mentor

Provide mentorship as we educate them in the Word of God

MOVING TO
THE NEED

RCB is making the move to Antioch, Tennessee; and we need your help. To make our move, we are launching a giving campaign. Our hope is to raise $1,000,000 to build a facility to offer these services. â€‹â€‹

Our new center will include:

Staff offices

A Lecture Hall

Break-Out Rooms

Commercial Kitchen

Clothing Closet

Food Pantry

Computer Lab

Afterschool Care Facility

With your support, RCB Center will serve the 59.8% of Black or African American males without plans after High School by providing college prep, employment skills, or preparation for clergy in the Church.
